Friends Family Wedding Party

Friends

  • Thursday - 6:30pm - 10:30pm - Concert by the River 
    • Location: Pool, Lodge on the Chattahooche
    • If you’re in town early we would love for you to stop by for some music and Italian food. Light refreshments will be provided, but if you want something special or extra please BYOB. Family is welcome (we are sending separate invites to high school parents who we could not fit at the wedding but would love to have join the celebration). 
  • Saturday - 5pm - The Wedding
    • Location: Terminus 330
    • The ceremony will promptly start at 5:30pm
    • Cocktail Hour 6:00pm - Reception (Dinner & Dancing) 7:00pm - 11:30pm - Afterparty Stats (the bar next door) 11:30pm on ;-)
    • The venue is one block from the hotel and very walkable. If you are staying locally and need to drive there is street parking and garages nearby. We recommend you look it up before leaving 
    • Come celebrate Chelsea and Mike getting hitched. Bogey Down, Celebrate and have fun!
  • Sunday - Brunch
    • Location: Embassy Suites
    • When you wake up, join us downstairs for Bunch at the embassy suites. Free for hotel guests & $15/ head for those staying elsewhere

Family

  • Thursday - 6:30pm - 10:30pm - Concert by the River

Family is welcome (we are sending separate invites to high school parents who we could not fit at the wedding but would love to have join the celebration). 
  • Friday - 11:00am - 1:00pm Bridal Luncheon (Note: Groomsmen are invited to hang out on the river- Mike will be in touch with details)
    • Location: 1095 Saddle Lake Court, Roswell, GA
    • The Bride’s family will be hosting a luncheon to celebrate with any women in the family and some of the Bride’s friends. Brunch and refreshments will be provided. We would love to see you all there. 
  • Friday - 7:00pm - 10:00pm Welcome Reception
    • Location: Stats
    • After the rehearsal we will walk next door for some drinks, appetizers and hors d’oeuvres. It is not a seated dinner, so we recommend you eat something before the rehearsal if you will not want the chick-fil-a sandwiches. 
  • Saturday - 5pm - The Wedding

  • Thursday - 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Nails
    • Location: Parisian Nails
    • Remember, color is black, toes & fingers (matte, with sparkles or normal is fine). If you can join please tell Brianna (770-778-8002). If you are working or busy no worries ;-)

    • Location: Meet at the Embassy Suites Hotel
    • We will have some Chick-fil-a Sandwiches before we head over to Terminus 330 for the rehearsal. If you want to checkin beforehand please plan to arrive earlier. 
  • Friday - 7:00pm - 10:00pm Welcome Reception
    • Location: Stats

  • Friday - 10:30pm Bridesmaids Sleep Over (Note: Groomsmen are invited out to the Red Phone Booth- Mike will be in touch with details)
    • Location: Penthouse, Embassy Suites Hotel
    • Totally optional, but bridesmaids are invites to join for a sleepover. Please bring all of your things for the wedding. We will also need a couple blow-up mattresses. Text Brianna if you are able to attend
  • Saturday - 8am - Bridesmaids: Hair and Makeup
    • Location: Penthouse, Embassy Suites Hotel
    • Getting dolled up with some Champagne and Chick-fil-a!
    • Chelsea will send a hair and makeup schedule beforehand. All bridesmaids should plan to arrive at 8a sharp to celebrate with the bride all day, moms and sisters can be more flexible/ follow the schedule. (Mike will be getting ready at 11:00am and would love his immediate family and any Groomsmen to join him then- room TBD) 
    • Hair costs are covered, style is a low messy bun. Shoes should be all black- heels or flats. Wear fun jewelry, something outside of the box ;-) Message Chelsea ASAP if you want makeup- costs are covered individually, $30 for makeup and $10 for lashes. You can Venmo the day of
  • Saturday - 9:00am - 10:30am - Groomsmen: Brunch
    • Location: TBD, Mike will email you all with more information
  • Getting Dressed & Picture Schedule
    • Location: Terminus 330
    • 1:15 PM    Chelsea & her mom & sisters depart for wedding venue
      1:30 PM    Michael leaves for wedding venue & Immediate family gets dressed 
      2:00 PM    Bridesmaids & Groomsmen begin getting dressed 
      1:45 PM    Michael arrive at Terminus (fully dressed) 
      2:00 PM    First Look & portraits (1 Hour) 
      2:45 PM    Immediate Family arrives at venue for photos
